Model ballooning at Gosau – for the 20th time! :-)

From January 10th to 14th, we visited the balloon meeting at Gosau / Dachstein (Austria) – for our 20th time in a row! :-)

It was only appropriate to bring along our first model balloon envelope, which is exactly 20 years old by now, and to fly it in front of the impressive silhouette of the Gosau mountains. Although there was almost no snow left in the valley, we had great fun meeting our model balloon friends, hiking around the Gosau lake and spending our evenings at the “Kirchenwirt”.

And on Monday, we even had the chance to fly with the Bad Griesbach balloon team from Gosau to the surroundings of Aigen/Enns – a wonderful conclusion to our jubilee in the Dachstein mountains.
