…and yet another spectacular evening flight =)

Our seventh flight at Kirchberg was no less amazing than the ones before! Expecting winds from south-westerly directions, we took off from Westendorf to do a fly in to Kirchberg again – soon discovering that winds were coming from north-west rather than south-west. They took us right over the Alpenrose, into the mountains… what to do?

We knew that the next valley, the Spertental, typically develops a drainage flow as the sun descends. And that was our ticket back to Kirchberg – to the event launch site of course, where a cold beer was already awaiting us! :-)
