SPRING FESTIVAL BALLOON MEETING AT STUTTGART

It was a most exciting Saturday at Stuttgart! Not only the weather situation was a bit of a gamble, but also the planned highlight of the day: Skydive world champion Klaus Renz jumping from one of our balloons and landing again on our launchsite just next to the Cannstatter Wasen!

In the event, everything worked exactly like we planned it. All fifteen balloons took off in the afternoon, and Klaus Renz did a fantastic jump from the last balloon, piloted by Benedict Munz, and safe landing on our “Sattelplatz”. What an epic day.

Most photos are by Dennis Straub this time (THANK YOU for your incredible talent!), as I was the competition director and had a lot of other stuff to do… ;-)
