JUNIOR WORLDS 2018

The last week we spent at the 4th FAI Junior World Hot Air Balloon Championship in Wloclawek, Poland, together with 48 other young balloon teams from all over the world! :-)

Weather was just perfect in the beginning, allowing some wonderful training flights… at the event itself, however, only half of the scheduled flights could be carried out. But the great friendship and high spirits among the young pilots and crews well made up for that, with a great goodbye party in the end and a nice awards ceremony. The new Junior World Champion is Jan Suchy (CZ), followed by Roy Gommer (NL) and Dom Bareford (GB) – congratulations! ;-)
