On February 15th, we managed an amazing flight over the Alps to Italy with two balloons! :-) Taking off at Bad Feilnbach near Rosenheim, we soon hit the speedy winds in FL170 and enjoyed a magnificent colourful morning sky. We had a terrific view of the Dolomites with the rising sun in our back, while the front arriving from the west could already be spotted in the distance.<\/p>\n
All to soon, the laguna of Venice appeared, glittering in the sunlight, and after a nice descent, we found ourselves slightly east of the big triangle of the river beds of Cellina and Meduna, where we landed in between a lot of vineyards. Guess what we had for lunch… ;-)<\/p>\n
